I present seminars and workshops on a wide range of business topics for Economic Development Agencies.  Audiences range from very experienced business people to those just starting.  Here are some topics (although I can talk on any business topic).

Business Start Up
A set of four 3 hour seminars/workshops teaching those starting out in business what they need to do to create a successful business.

Business Planning
This is a 3 hour seminar for experienced business people on how to prepare and drive a business plan to achieve accelerated growth.

Strategic Planning
This is a 3 hour seminar for business people on how to think strategically.  Participants get to understand the impact of the internet and global markets on future business strategy.

Financial Control
This is a 1 ½ day workshop on all aspects of financial control for those beginning in business.  It is relevant to all businesses and is easy to follow.  It includes, financial control systems, budgeting, pricing, monitoring and cashflow control.

Leadership and Management
This 3 hour seminar teaches you how to be an effective leader and what it means to be a great manager.
